With the quality getting lower and needed function which where missing, I decided to get a new hoster. The move was done on monday evening without any downtime of the services.

I proudly announce the first official beta version of SW SetGroup. SW SetGroup helps to manage your registered user by scanning their e-mail address and push them to or remove them from special ACL groups. This is accomplished by regular expressions.
SW SetGroup is used for example in the student council of ETEC KIT. There, each student has an e-mail address ending in either stud.uni-karlsruhe.de or student.kit.edu. All e-mail addresses that match this pattern will automatically be added to the student group and get special permission on the site.

After all the work on this website I can announce the release of the 1.7.3 version. This version fixes known bugs and has some performance improvements in it. The languages are now included in the package and can be modified over transifex.net.
Have fun with the 1.7.3 and let's hope that the 1.8 don't take this long.
Today, 26. July 2011 8:55pm, the website got a big upgrade. It is now running with PHP 5.3 and some other changes. The download area is now powered by the new Akeeba Release System and the sitemap is made by XMap. Also the design had some changes like moving the right sidebar to the bottom and enchanting the top menu with dropdowns. Because of more and more foreign visitors I decided to install Joom!Fish to provide some parts of the side also in english. The most areas will stay in german, only the relevant parts like the download area will have german and english versions.
The upgrade is not ready yet, but I won't tell you what will come.
